    Are some of the clips from that show!! Congratulations on beginning a plant strong diet! I have NEVER looked back and I am grateful each day that I grew up with cool folks that were supportive of this lifestyle. I also can't imagine how fat I would be if I still ate cheese!!!! Real cheese that is! It gets easier by the day, as the world is changing so quickly. Now it's probably harder to eat healthy vegan just because there are SO many choices out there. But easier to transition, because there are SO many choices out there.

    Thanks Get Skinny! Thankfully I have some knowledge about nutrition and that along with keeping focused on plant strong...I'm excited about my new lifestyle. It also helps that my sister has decided to join me.
